The term is considered outdated and offensive in modern usage, but historically, it indicated a level of mental retardation that is worse than "moron" but above "idiot". What's more if there is traffic, you would push the button to stop it right, I mean that's what the crossings are for. If you're talkinng about people pushing it when there is no traffic at all, who's it slowing down? |
