| Yes, Andrew, the sign across from the Fulai supermarket was deemed necessary by Hammersmith for years. I've spoken to people who have parked there for 20 years when they attend church. And now they are getting PCNs. Why was the sign removed and not updated? Simple. To raise money. As mentioned, none of us here in the Lyric Theatre building were notified. So LBHF failed to inform even the theatre management of this change. A change that came at peak theatre season with the panto and Father Christmas shows running. Three separate LBHF people (one councillor, two staff both in parking) referred me to signage on Glenthorne. That timplate signage allows for parking on Sundays. So really, if they can't sort their own crap, why are people penalized for it? |
