| Hi Philippa, Not sure if you know, but cyclists ( in general, some places e.g. Richmond Park may be different) aren't subject to speed limits. Personally, I think there are good reasons for having a 20 mph speed limit for cyclists where motorists are subject to a 20 mph restriction, but as it stands, the occasional cyclist who exceeds 20 mph on a 20 mph speed limit road isn't breaking any law simply by virtue of their speed. |
