Andrew, there was a time plate next to the single yellow.

It was removed.

Why remove it when the timings changed? They spent more money removing it versus simply updating it.

LBHF itself determined a time plate was necessary. It set the precedent. It then also directed me to nearby signage that contradicted its own new regulations. Three council representatives did this. Clearly they are confused themselves.

I am not the only victim of this exploitation.
