| If you are going to have a dedicated cycle facility along CHR, it's no good if it evaporates into a series of dotted lines when it gets to Heathfield Terrace. That's the problem with dedicated cycle facilities - maintaining the same standard of provision when the going gets difficult, such as at a roundabout or traffic lights or where the road narrows or splits, with this inconsistency exposing cyclists to more danger. |
