Yes, the built in kerbs are ridiculous and the silly wands are a hazard for cars and buses trying to move over to allow free passage for ambulances and other emergency vehicles. The wands are particularly silly where they are used on cycle lanes which are largely unused and certainly don’t need demarcation.
These ill thought out designs cause the slower  speed of buses and traffic in general.
