| Richmond - George Street - is normally pretty much free flowing traffic with no traffic jams and sometimes almost devoid of traffic so easy enough to cross the street without using the pedestrian crossings. I agree that George Street would be a good one to consider pedestrianising though. It may add even more charm to the Town voted, yet again, happiest town in the UK to live in the best Borough in London. Paradise Road can get quite congested with all the buses heading to the bus station and motorists heading for Richmond Bridge. |
