Perhaps the time has come to relax the emission criteria for buses on the High Road. If more buses are needed but TfL can't provide them because there are none available but old style diesel ones then a choice needs to be made. Remember the older buses will still be running somewhere so, although our air quality might get a bit worse, someone else's gets better. |
