“You definitely haven't been on a bus in a long time.” Keep up Berkie. As a stalker troll who hangs into my every utterance, you aren’t doing a very good job. To reiterate I recently had a ‘foray’ from Barnes to Kingston and reported the experience. The train from Barnes was actually quite pleasant and I’d do it again. The bus journey No 65 from Kingston to Richmond was horrendous. Slow, cramped, smelly, noisy, dirty and full of scummy people. The 33 from Richmond to Barnes was actually OK and a decent class of passengers. The overall return travel was probably cheaper than driving if I consider the parking charge in Kingston but there was a limit on what we could purchase and carry onto the buses. |
