There is dedicated/shared cycle infrastructure which has reduced carriageway width. The wand lanes by West Middlesex Hospital are virtually unused. The prevent buses from passing each other and critically delay emergency service vehicles. One could always pull over to let an ambulance or the like pass,you can't do that in a wanded lane |
