| This seems to me highly unlikely. Excluding children to fix results would be counterproductive because they would still take their exams and would have missed lessons. At any school in the state sector you would need a very convincing case to make an expulsion and it would be almost impossible to manufacture reasons to expel someone. Inevitably there will be some correlation between poor behaviour and low academic achievement but that is the case in every school. |
