“You have quoted bus data before but sadly it remains inaccessible to the layman so it is hard to verify your claims.” That is an odd claim as the data was specifically requested by a member of the public who wanted to prove a point. Just as you confidently assert that delays have increased, the FOI request asked: “Do you have data to show the route is now much slower compared to say last November? It takes ages now and is so congested especially at peak times 4-6pm.” The timings provided show clearly that the premise of the request was incorrect.
