| I see that the Old Chiswick Protection Society has submitted a Freedom of Information request to TfL for information regarding the Hogarth Roundabout scheme. https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparency/freedom-of-information/foi-request-detail?referenceId=FOI-1123-2425 I was surprised that TfL responded with collision casualty information as this is in the public domain anyway and produced by the police, not TfL, so TfL would have been entitled to respond telling them to look it up for themselves from police data. However not surprised that the request for "any and all" information was knocked back as requiring excessive effort to provide. There is a threshold of person hours to respond to FOI requests and the Old Chiswick Protection Society fishing expedition would easily have exceeded this. |
