| Mark, I chose Putney High Street precisely because is the only monitoring station on a displacement route for traffic after the bridge closure. Loraine, I've used the Wetlands Centre monitoring site as the reference for the Putney High Street and Castelnau readings to remove the background changes. The weather certainly has an effect, but using a reference minimises it. There's no contradiction between reducing pollution on the High Road and increasing footfall along it, quite the opposite. |
