I haven't seen any yet." Road pricing. Charge people (inc private hire vehicles and delivery vans) for driving on congested roads. Charge them even more for driving on very congested roads. It would lead to rescheduling of some trips to less congested times, and would encourage some drivers to look at other means of travel. |
