| Philippa, are you concerned about the damage being done to pavements because poor cycle way design has removed loading bays and forced deliveries onto the pavements when that didn't used to be the case? Are you concerned about the damage being done to pavements by the Sunday markets which now allow vehicles to drive along the pavement to load and unload? Pavement which was specified to accommodate the live load of people, not the dead load of delivery vehicles. Your righteous indignation isn't aimed as broadly as it should be. |
