The NHS has made of very clear that if more people walked and cycled there would be less people who reach a stage of their life where that would be harder for them, and the burden on the health services would be greatly reduced. And it would be polite if us able bodied car owners drove less on local journeys to free up road space for those who need to. Hard to see a downside really apart from a few peoples' whining. |
