Mind you, this from 13 years ago. But what doctor would want facts? They are so damn pesky let's just avoid them altogether and contort whatever we can get our hands on. Not to worry, this morning on LBC I was listening to your buddy Karen's brother, you know the one, he of the TfL Board, rant on about TfL's poor management oh phasing and how it causes traffic. Now, as you say, my memory is so faulty I can't remember if this is precisely what I said. Either way, what he said has been recorded for perpetuity by LBC. I know you give me no credence. Couldn't care less. But quick question - do you give Karen's brother credence? Do you give the TfL board credence? You're forever touting their "data" so surely it is down to their competence, no? Or as Karen's brother seems to think, their incompetence. What was it he said again...oh yes...TfL controls traffic. |
