"The time stamp is irrelevant" This from a doctor??? Uh...if the images were taken say on a Sunday morning bank holiday weekend, it would matter. But you know that. You know full well it matters whenever the images were taken. Nice try dodging. Better luck next time. CHR is empty at various times of day. Hell, for all we know the images were taken when CHR was closed outside of the photo. We watch this intersection daily. We live it daily in our own travel. Phasing has changed. Traffic has increased. Flow has diminished. Sadly for you Tom, I'm not the only one who knows this. Still baffled as to how a doctor, how someone so interested or versed (perhaps) in data analytics doesn't give a sh*t about a critical piece of data. |
