In some ways you are right. The Homefields Ward is essentially a series of LTNs with almost no roads not in a LTN. These measures are so deeply popular that some of the most fervent opponents of StreetSpace are passionate and vigorous defenders of these LTNs. Southfields Ward and Turnham Green Ward also have many LTNs in which again some of the most fervent opponents of StreetSpace live. Riverside Ward was lagging behind and suffering the increase in traffic on residential roads in the past decade but that has now been remedied. |
