| A very big difference between these fluorescent and very identifiable bikes and the personally owned bikes is that owners need to lock all bits of their bikes securely to something if they are going to risk taking them out and leaving them. Wouldn't it be good if personally owned bikes were better prepared for riding in the wild west? Although the Council don't seem to want these bikes to be left at the existing Sheffield stands - would it be better if they were - or some particular areas where it would be better? |
