| They are "littered" all over the place. Looks like they have been dumped in Chiswick. Hammersmith not so much. Am pro cycling and use a bike but they need to park them properly. Not lying around or leaning against private property. Although would hate for them to use our already sparse bike lockups! I haven't gone through the signup with them (don't want junk mail) but how do they cost? |
