| How do you tell if they remain unused - when they have someone replacing bikes in several locations? How many of the cars that we see parked in the streets remain unused blocking space for those that are used or space for bike enclosures/tradesmen's visiting/carers/visitors/delivery vehicles/electric vehicle charging/car-share cars? In fact how many of the cars parked in the street are actually necessary? Perhaps we should be moving to have more official on street bike parking - it takes up less space and bikes cause less pollution. |
