| How can you tell which ones have been used and which haven't?? I don't believe everyone dumps them in the way on the pavement. They need to be ready to go when people want to use them. Surely the main point of them is that they advertise themselves as ready and waiting transport. No more queueing at the bus stop blocking the pavement. Don't forget that there are inconsiderate people on pavements as well - one group of which is the parents/carers pushing buggies side by side and travelling fast down the middle with little regard for other users who just get driven at and pushed out of the way. Another is the mobile phone fixated ones walking straight at you. |
