"The Contact Centre is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and there is an out of hours service, both contacted by telephone on 0330 131 9789 or support.uk@mobike.com You will need the bike number, which is painted on the bike, when you call." from the article on the front page. and from the LBH info: "Trial period During the trial, we'll be monitoring how the scheme is being used. You can report any issues and tell us what you think by contacting the 24 hour contact centre on 0330 131 9789, by emailing: support.uk@mobike.com, or by using the Mobike App: Visit https://mobike.com/uk/ We want to ensure that the Mobikes don't lead to obstruction of pavements or take up cycle parking spaces used by existing cyclists and ask that you report any such issues. We hope you will take advantage of this cleaner, greener way of travelling around the borough and look forward to hearing what you think." Maybe it would actually be better if they were tethered in some way to the Sheffield bike stands where possible. (Where's my hat?) Just as with the fly-tipping - this is a problem caused by a few anti-social people. The majority don't behave like this. |
