| Andrew's original concerns about the impact of this case appear to have become live again due to the judge allowing the dog owner to appeal. He is basically saying that the cyclist involves need to prove that he was allowed to cycle across the path. As it is common land I don't think the legal position is that clear cut but there does now appear to be a danger that the court will rule that cycling isn't actually allowed on Acton Green. |
