| The implication of the bye-laws is that you can't cycle in Ealing parks unless there's a sign saying you can, which seems sensible. People need clarity, both pedestrians and cyclists, with clearly marked paths, so we all know where we stand - literally. Leaving it to 'common sense' and 'being careful' is a recipe for confusion, misunderstandings and potential injury. Meanwhile the nation awaits the outcome of the Court Case of the Century! |
