| The thread about this that I remembered was back in April 2016 which included this contribution: "(There) is a set of byelaws, on the LBE website, https://www.ealing.gov.uk/downloads/download/713/parks_and_open_spaces_by-laws. The full document is called, "Byelaws with respect to Pleasure Grounds, Public Walks, Open Spaces" (Made 12/10/2000) And that little document says.....S(1)(ii)No person shall without reasonable excuse, ride a cycle,except in any part of the ground where there is a right of way for cycles, or along such routes as may be fixed by the council and indicated by signs placed in conspicuous positions in the ground." The rest of the thread felt that common sense should prevail between the various users of the Green. |
