| ..but that clause is silent on the use of leads or cycling on Acton Green Common! It turns out that the situation is legally unclear, the area being common land and maybe or not covered by Ealing's generic Parks regulations but by other legislation, as we're told the dog owner tried to point out in court. It's now up to Ealing to respond to this 'test case' and put up appropriate signage based on legal advice. It shouldn't be left to two members of the public to fight it out between themselves. |
