| Personally, I think it is irrelevant It’s a park, people throw balls fro dogs apparently the dog couldn’t catch the ball hence it bounced, whether you are walking or cycling you must be aware of other park user including a dog have fun. The chap sounds like he should not have been in charge of a bike in the park it was he who was out of control 😂😂😂😂 not the dogs fault. |
