| It seems impractical for cyclists to expect to have priority on what is clearly a footpath across Acton Green, much used by families with children, buggies going to and from the playground, and, indeed, dogs. If the court case establishes that cyclists actually do have right of way on this path - and I hope the judge comes and looks at it - then we'll need much clearer signs and markings, or even a separate path. |
