If nothing is forthcoming I would waterboard the healthy adults. " .. but have you any real world examples that this tactic has *ever* worked? It seems analogous to internment in N Ireland which was both a PR disaster and the best recruiting method that the IRA ever had and helped turn the security forces into an "army of occupation". If you were one of the innocent victims with your head being held under water, someone I don't think you would be thinking, "well, its fair enough, someone else might tell them something". |
