| This isn't black and white. There isn't a defined boundary around which you can draw the line to say "that's what we'll do; that's what we'll not do". This whole business of terrorism has a boundary like a fractal. For example: there are many, of whom I'm one, who agree that the RUC/SF "shoot-to-kill" policy of the '80's was a factor bringing Republicans to the conference table. No lines drawn; peace process accelerated. |
