| 'If he finds a job then he will have to pay £112 per week for his room' I would take that with a big pinch of salt. A friend of mine shares a lovely flat with a gorgeous garden in Burlington Road and she pays £400 a month for her double room. 'I belive we should look after the English first and formost' Really? Then kindly explain to me why you should come in front of me when I contribute, at the very least, as much proportional tax as you. For your information, there are over 700,000 British residents in Spain. The vast majority of them are retired, contribute zilch to the local economy and are increasingly becoming an unsustainable rope around the Spanish National Health System's neck. And no, Spaniards do not come in front of them. You should really think twice before making that sort of statement. |
