| "my own personal observation that the legal challenge to the original cycleway plan rested heavily on arguments that it failed to take account of the Disability Discrimination Act" There is a difference between saying these were the grounds for the Onesies' claim and making an unevidenced statement that the cycleway wasn't complaint (you posted "making it compliant" implying it wasn't compliant) Onesie groups in other areas (like Hackney, Lambeth) also claimed that schemes failed to take into account Disability Discrimination legislation and these claims were thrown out in court, along with other grounds for claims they made. |
