The changes made to temporary Cycleway 9 reflect the permanent design that was consulted on in 2017 and 2019. Where is your evidence of not being "compliant with equalities legislation"? That is why the Onesies were so dumb, bringing a Judicial Review against a scheme that was always going to change anyway. This was pointed out to the likes of David Kerr and others but it appeared he was too arrogant to accept this. Then to compound their mistake, they could have had a hearing in June 2021 but chose to delay this. You are really clutching at straws regarding Fishers Lane. The water mains issue does highlight what could be done to improve Turnham Green Terrace. It isn't the vital through route that some people claim it is, so through traffic could be restricted, pavements widened and other measures to turn it into a better environment for pedestrians and 'gateway' to Chiswick from the tube station. |
