Thanks Captain Obvious. The point is that a lack of parking doesn't necessarily lead to a retail wasteland. Some businesses rely heavily of customers who can park, for some this type of customer doesn't make up much of their business. If Chiswick ends up with Sunday parking, there will be some traders that won't be able to continue but they will be replaced by others that are more suited to local conditions.
