It's probably a question of degree. Chiswick Common Road is jampacked nearly every evening. It might be that the roads around the Arts Ed are busy when there is a big event on there but that doesn't happen that often. I regularly go to pick up family members from the tube in the evening and park in the area north of St. Michael and All Angels and never have a problem getting a space.
