| There was a recent consultation for plans to refresh the corner of Old Market Place by Linden Gardens and this involves removal of one parking place. If the council were that desperate about hanging on to parking spaces, the plans would never have been put forward. Despite using high-falutin words like 'fiduciary responsibility', 'net present value', let's face it, you have no clue about this and are only speculating. It will be easier to judge the council's intentions by their actions when it comes to approving market license applications and redeveloping the area, even if it involves reduction of parking. |
