| Paul, I think you haven't spoken to the market organisers because you are being evasive on the matter. I can see the argument for Sunday parking restrictions here not least because the demand for space can lead to some anti-social parking including blocking the path that leads from the Turnham Green Terrace Piazza to Chiswick Common Road. My assumption is that the markets would not like this move because of the loss of visitors and the challenges it presents to stallholders. However, if you are telling me categorically that you have spoken to them and they are okay with what is being proposed, I am happy to accept that. However, if you reply with just another Delphic riddle I'll know you are full of it and would happily sacrifice the interest of the markets and other local businesses for your one-dimensional beliefs about parking. |
