You are right that given the benefits the markets bring to the area any decision on this should be considered very carefully.

On the point about parking stress off Bath Road, I don't see it myself. There is usually plenty of space in the evenings. People going to Padel don't seem to be local and haven't worked out good places to park. They seem to stick the address of Rocks Lane in their SatNavs and end up in the Chiswick Common Road bottleneck.
