Diane, how impertinent of you to suggest Carl Wynne needs to justify his opinions! If he pronounces an idea to be that of a dimwit then that must be so. He is too busy a man to explain his opinions we must take him at his word that he is right. A key question on this issue that hasn't been answered is who pays for the upkeep and maintenance of the roads that are there already. If they are private roads paid for effectively by the Chinese Government who now own the business park then it would be hard to argue that they should be forced to open them up even though that is exactly what they would do in their own country. However, if Hounslow Council ratepayers are funding them then it should be their decision. |
