| Kathleen I refer you back to previous posts. This is all about looking at a bigger picture and not just doing something simply because it is easier and because it is currently 'allowed'. It is about erring on the side of caution. If there is absolutely nothing to the 'cancer scares' as you put it why would Monsanto/Bayer have paid out/be paying out billions in court cases regarding not only the use of their weedkiller but also of the way they were advertising it? Have a look at the Wisner Baum cases. Why would there be so much assessment and reassessment of it by the EU and individual countries in Europe? It was declared a possible carcinogen in people in 2015. It is also considered to be harmful to aquatic life and to insects |
