| Credit where it's due. I reported the heavy weed infestation on my road using the Fix My Street app on Sept 6. Last week a team of gents with their hoes and brooms arrived and did a pretty good job given how much there was to do. Sadly of course the relief is only temporary since the roots will live on, but it's a great improvement while it lasts. How individual complaints are addressed alongside the planned schedule for weed-clearing I don't know but for anyone else with a pavement jungle they'd rather not have, the moral is, if you don't ask you might not get. |
