| Things are beginning to make sense now. I’d heard that PCNs are down in the borough as motorists have wisened up a bit; so the council’s plan is to hit back with a ‘moving traffic offences’ blitz; and what better way to start than with a 24hr bus lane restriction!! And here we all are, some of us, actually believing what we’re being told! You’ve got to laugh..! :-) |
