| The idiots are those who don't accept that the Council's officers are responding sensibly to the closure of the flyover. If the bus lanes are not open 24 hours this will mean parking in the bus lanes overnight with the inevitable delays early in the morning. I accept that many car owners are selfish and stupid. However, when I read comments like Mr Barnard's I am left wondering whether the most vocal element in Chiswick are also of extremely low intelligence. |
