Parking restrictions and  24hr bus lanes will do nothing to improve traffic flow caused by the flyover closure
The congestion problems are mainly during rush hour, weekdays, Sat pm but not Sunday.
There is no discernible east bound bus lane thru chiswick so that won't even help the buses
Sunday pkg restrictions will add to congestion as people drive round in circles looking for the space that they didn't think they needed to find
Maybe they could sent down some traffic wardens to help direct traffic rather than fine shoppers?
