| Like you we are of the baby boomer generation - but certainly don't think like that, why don't people think for themselves instead of listening or reading all the crap in the right wing press and worse, believing it. I actually remember having half a day off school for 'Empire Day' and the maps of the world having a lot of pink on them - that was then - this is now. We do not have an Empire, we barely have a bloody Navy or Army, we are a small island race that has punched above its weight for years. No more, we need Europe far more than they need us, and this superiority complex that still lives in the toothless and tattooed Brexit fan's minds is pure B/S, if only they were sensible enough to get it. |
