| "Let's not forget that the real purpose of Cameron's referendum was to win it, and thus shut up his own eurosceptic MPs for a few more years, with the by-product of kicking UKIP in the goolies. It was all about managing the Tory party and not at all about Britain in or out of Europe." Spot on Ken - so - for one man's vanity and ego we have been landed with two years of complete misery and numerous fallings out between families and friends and acquaintances and a country held to ransom by a small right wing bunch of rich numpties who don't want to agree with any sod. As with the financial crisis it will be the ordinary working people of this country who will pick up the tab while the rich kids club sails on regardless. I am sick and tired of seeing the tattooed, toothless, morons from Leave constituencies on the T.V. banging on about how wonderful this country is and how we can start again, and the bloody War. Why should we have to 'start again'? We need a touch of reality - we are a small island nation off the coast of mainland Europe who no longer have an Empire or Rule the bloody Waves, whose governnment won't even use products made here - like British steel - to manufacture things made by British manufacturers. We'd all be better off if Larry the Downing Street cat was running things............... |
