Fortunately car drivers, having passed a driving test, are quite astute and careful when approaching Zebra Crossings so they are good at avoiding collisions with these pedestrians who looking. Unfortunately, as cyclists generally have no training or knowledge of the Highway Code, are not as careful, or law abiding, hence the terrible accidents. |
